REPORT WRITING
For an organization to be successful, it must maintain high Quality reporting which is essential for them. The more transparent an organization is, the more likely it is to attract funding. Many institutions have neglected this essential feature. Even when they appreciate its importance, many organizations may find it challenging to compile reports, to meet deadlines or standard quality, thus our support and competence in this area is invaluable. TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Diversity Consulting Group provides advanced training and short technical courses at the workplace through seminars and workshops, some of the areas include project management, research and evaluation methods, data analysis, report writing, bookkeeping and among other topics). We value quality and comprehensive training, and ensure all training is conducted by qualified personnel. The training is customer-tailored to the needs of each client. We also facilitate workshops including strategic planning and Organizational Development (OD) training, providing prompt reports on completion of the workshops. We are able to use rigorous or flexible applications of the Organizational 5 Diversity Consulting Group (DCG) Capacity Assessment Tools (OCAT) or other tools to assess the capacity of organizations as agreed with the client. We keep our employees up to date with the appropriate level of globally acclaimed training courses in their areas of specialization, as well as annual refresher courses for trainers.
